“ The owner seams like a great person who genuinely cares about the product and customer. The chicken was a unique flavor I hadnt experienced before. The mac and cheese was also an exciting adventure. If your interested in trying something different from traditional expectations, and want to feel good about supporting a small business. This is a great place to try. ”
“ I am very very sad I dont have this back home in Chicago. The skin on the wings... absolutely perfection. Sunny was very nice and accommodating, too. In a cute food truck lot with a bar you can eat inside, too. ”
“ Updated review upgrading from 4 stars to 5. At first I was a little put off by the price but now I must admit, its so worth it. Whenever I want Korean fried chicken, this is the place that I crave. The chicken sandwiches are amazing as well. This place is consistently phenomenal. Dont miss out! Previous review Crispy and great flavor! The drums are HUGE. Kimchi Mac is good. My only complaint is that there should be an option on the menu to get whatever amount of drums you want. You shouldnt have to get 3. Its a little pricey in my opinion for drumsticks and a side from a food truck 18 and 22 if you get a drink but its a lot of food. If there were an option to get less drums that would make it better for me personally. Theyre really nice too! ”
“ It was the best Korean fried chicken and Kim chi mac and cheese Ive ever had! I just wish they had a facebook and not only Instagram. Thanks for an amazing meal! The fact you give gloves and hand wipes is an amazing plus! I hope there is a cookbook in the future! ”
“ The chicken is amazing, whichever, whatever way you like it, they make it fantastic!! The true beauty of Fry Baby might be their sides...I dont like kimchi, and really actively dislike it, however, the mac and cheese with kimchi is amazing!!! Few places really surprise me with such subtle flavors that impress and make me crave. Fry Baby is that cart. Go support our small businesses and eat their amazing food...pay with cash, show up in person, and SUPPORT in every way. ”
“ I got a recommendation from a friend so I had high hopes going in and I was not disappointed! The chicken was delicious and probably the crispiest chicken Ive ever had! Everything we ordered was amazing, flavorful, and gorgeous and I cant wait to go back but unfortunately I live a little bit away. ”
“ If youre on the hunt for the best fried chicken in town, Frybaby is the food truck you need to visit. Specializing in crispy, flavorful wings and sandwiches, this spot delivers toptier comfort food thats both creative and deeply satisfying. The first bite into their wings tells you everything you need to knowperfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in bold, wellbalanced flavors. The Koreaninspired spicy wings, sprinkled with black and white sesame seeds, have just the right amount of heat and sweetness, making them completely addictive. If spice isnt your thing, their parmesancoated wings bring a savory, umamipacked punch with a light, cheesy crunch. The fried chicken sandwich is equally impressive. The golden, crispy chicken pairs beautifully with the toasted bun and fresh greens, making every bite a mix of crunch, creaminess, and a hint of spice. Beyond the food, Frybaby stands out for its attention to detail, highquality ingredients, and a menu that feels both nostalgic and innovative. Whether youre a wing connoisseur or just someone who appreciates seriously good fried chicken, this is a musttry spot. Highly recommended! ”
“ We went here and the food was really good especially the cheese flavored chicken tenders. I would come back again and if you like good Korean fried chicken and youre in the Portland area you need to come here. ”
